THE E-BIKE PARK ZÜRIBIET
From 2010 the motto is: «I’m a cycle too!». Because the e-Bike Park Züribiet will be inaugurated in Spring 2010 and stretches over the entire urban spread of Zürich, from Rapperswil up to the Rhine below, and from the Aare near Brugg till Lake Constance. This area is very well suited for explorative trips by cycle or electro-bike: Lake Zurich with Zimmerberg and «Säuliamt», the Zurich Highlands (also with mountain bike trails), the Limmattal, the Zurich Lowland, the Zurich Wineland, Untersee and the Rhine.

MORE THAN 30 RENTAL STATIONS
Now you can rent cycles and electro-bikes FLYER at 30 rental outlets throughout the Züribiet. Rental points are normally restaurants close to the ZVV stations which are open on weekends. At these rental nodes, e-bike hirers can recharge or replace their batteries.

CENTRAL BIKE BASE AT SWISSTRAILS OBERWENINGEN
At SwissTrails in Oberweningen the rented bicycles are serviced, cleaned and deployed. Dispatch riders of SwissTrails bring the cycles on the previous day itself to the rental station you choose, and will pick them up on the day following the rental period at your trip destination. In this way, we are sure that the hired cycles are always perfectly serviced and that the batteries are always charged.

ACCEPTING AND RETURNING THE RENTED CYCLES
You will be reserving your cycles for 1 or more days in each case. The rented bikes can be picked up at the rental node (starting point) at any time (during the working hours of the rental node) and returned again at the rental node at the destination. The rental charges are always inclusive of a coffee or soft drink at the time of picking up the cycle, and a soft drink or a beer at the time of dropping it off.

ROUTES
A network of national and regional Veloland routes with excellent signposting is available to cyclists throughout the Züribiet. Your benefits: These routes can be printed from the Internet on maps (e.g. 1:50'000) and are also displayed and signposted perfectly outdoors. No one can really miss the route in this way.

INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS, EVENTS
The e-Bike Park Züribiet is meant both for individuals as well as for small and large associations and corporate groups. We will be glad to organize a midday meal or supper together with your Velo-tour, in a restaurant at a good location or even organise a whole event for you (please see «e-Bike Experience » Page 113). Your benefits: You can leave the city area of Zurich or Winterthur by train, bus or boat pick up your rented bike at the starting point that is located at safe, traffic-free and well sign-posted Veloland routes.
