If you want to experience Switzerland's picture-perfect sights for yourself, then this is the
route for you! The Panorama Bike Trail will take you through various regions at the foothills
of the Alps which have given their names to cheese and chocolate, amongst other things:
Lake Constance, Appenzell, Toggenburg, Einsiedeln, Lake Lucerne, Entlebuch, Emmental,
Gantrisch, Greyerzerland, Lake Geneva...
This route is moderately difficult as the hills of the foothills are gentle compared to those
of the High Alps - although the view of the Bernese Oberland peaks is no less spectacular. |
